Wild blueberries boast more flavor than the large, water-filled farmed berries sold in supermarkets. Our wild blueberries are hand-picked in the northern wilderness. We preserve them with organic sugar in a slow simmer to maintain their delightful tang. Our Wild Blueberry Preserves make an excellent spread, dessert topping, tart filling, or as an addition to fruit salads or muffin mixes. Try them in sauces, gravies, or reductions with meats and fowl.
