Cedar Jelly 110ml
Cedar Jelly - is derived from the leaves of the Eastern White Cedar. It has a hearty flavor and is very versatile - Aboriginal peoples use cedar needles as a tea, while Chefs use our Cedar Jelly as a glaze on salmon and other fish to impart the taste of being roasted on a cedar board. Try it mixed with the juices of fish after cooking or added to a white sauce. Enhance sauces for meats such as lamb and game with cedar jelly or use it in lieu of mint jelly. We also recommend it paired with chesses, spread on toast, or with a bagel and cream cheese. Like Balsam Jelly, Cedar Jelly will not retain its taste if it is overcooked.
